Position Description & General Summary:
Under the general supervision of the Training Manager, the Marketing and Training Coordinator oversees all aspects of training and maintains marketing materials.

Essential duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Training Coordination:
- Manage training schedules, including week-long training seminars for customers.
- Coordinate participant sign-up, scheduling, and support for hotel accommodations, including all related communications.
- Organize and manage training hospitality arrangements, including breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner, and beverage options.
- Schedule presenters and trainers and coordinate associated logistics.
- Print and prepare all training materials.
- Prepare the training room, including setup and teardown.
- Coordinate and attend interactive engagement activities that support training objectives, including external plant tours and associated training exercises.
- Manage customer hotel reservations, confirmations, room allocations; collect and submit hotel invoices for internal processing.
- Create customer quotes related to training programs, plant tours, and associated services.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Marketing Support:
- Organize and prepare RWS One sales pamphlets.
- Maintain inventories and coordinate restock of RWS One merchandise.
- Distribute and present quarterly updates of RWS One clothing.
- Identify, conceptualize, and proofread RWS One website updates.

- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Minimum Qualifications:
Education, Training, and Experience Guidelines:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in customer service or a related field.
- Experience working in an office setting preferred.
Physical Demands and Working Environment:
Work is performed in an office and/or in a manufacturing facility. Employees will be exposed to conditions normally encountered in a business office and in a manufacturing facility: exposure to computer screens, extensive use of a computer keyboard required, regularly required to sit and stand for extended periods of time, walk, and reach with hands and arms. The employee must be able to lift and move up to 20 pounds. The employee must be able to see and hear within the normal range with or without correction and communicate verbally and in writing with clarity and be clearly understood. Must be able to operate at all times in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner.
